Strength &

Conditioning

Strength and conditioning (S&C) sessions focus on movement quality and prevention of injuries. I adopt the fundamental principles of training to enhance, strength, speed, power, balance and proprioception. S&C is used to improve sporting performance in athletes. However, it is also used to help anyone who could benefit from improving their functional movement, such as an elderly person needing to perform activities of daily life (ADLs). I identify the needs of each client in relation to the activities they perform and prescribe exercise programming to address the assessment findings.
