Whether you are an athlete or just looking to make positive changes to your eating habits, then nutritional guidance and support is highly beneficial. I have studied sports nutrition (Level 5) with distinction at university, NASM weight loss specialism and I am also a certified Nutrition coach. With my knowledge and experience I can support, advise and encourage you through the process of making adaptations to your dietary habits. I advocate balanced nutritional diets inline with current health guidelines, however for more advanced requirements I am able to refer you.
