With over 20 years experience as a personal trainer and having worked with everyone from elite athletes to those who want to exercise for fun and recreation, my personal training service is great for everyone. My areas of expertise enable me to work with people who are; seeking to lose weight, increase muscle mass & tone, beginners getting into fitness and elite athletes. I will also be offering exercise referrals from your GP in the near future. Whatever your fitness level, age, experience and goal I am keen to hear from you and discuss how I can support you in achieving it.
