As part of my holistic approach to healthy living I offer fitness and wellbeing assessments to help you identify which areas of your overall health need attention. The assessments I use will review: general health, cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning, flexibility, balance, functional movement screening and quality of life. It will take approximately 75 minutes to complete all the assessments. And based on the findings I am able to make thorough recommendations for addressing areas which require improvement, with the goal of enhanced wellbeing.
The purpose of a fitness and wellbeing assessment is to:
– Identify areas of your health which may require improvement
– Create a record of your fitness /health status for re-testing purposes
– Enable us to create a lifestyle program which helps you make positive changes
– Flag up any issues which may require further investigation
