Joint

Mobilisations

Joint mobilisations are a manual therapy technique used with the goal of restoring joint motion and function, whilst reducing pain. Passive movements are applied to the joints of the body by a skilled therapist at a variety of speeds and amplitudes. The goal of the treatment is to encourage greater movement and pain relief, which is particularly useful for stiff, painful structures. To provide this treatment I am highly trained and incorporate these techniques into treatments alongside other manual therapy techniques, as required.
